This course is a deep dive into the preparation to teach Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction MBSR and other Mindfulness-Based Approaches.
Much of the Level Two teacher training course is spent building your capacity to inhabit the essence of the course. Within this, you need to build your understanding of the course form, and a lot of this work will take place through your own pre-course study and supervision time outside of the formal teacher training.
We have created this course as a way to support this preparation, and as a lifelong resource for teaching mindfulness-based approaches.
As you explore this series of videos and accompanying documents, you will find that there are recommendations on how to prepare for each session including a focus on the spectrum of teaching intentions and how to adapt the core practices to support the intention and focus of the session.
This personal and professional self-study is to help you prepare for the Level Two course as best you can, with the time that you have available so that you make the most of the time you spend with us.
